Houston in August

I'm enjoying Houston. Yesterday, some shopping and a short walk on Galveston beach, then watching my bro-in-law play volleyball and seeing his house that he will soon be leaving even though he and his wife just bought it in December. Today we went to the Space Center. Then a trip to Half-Price books where I bought Henry James' Wings of the Dove, Margaret Atwood's The Handmaid's Tale and Frank Herbert's Dune. At Space Center I got a Space Pen! Tonight we're going to see the Astro's play the Washington Nationals. (They're playing the Pirates this weekend, but we're gone then! Tough luck, kid.) Yeah, it's quite hot here.

Three great books, my favorite's Wings of the Dove.

I was in the US last summer. You being in Texas reminds me of King of the Hill, which I grew to love! So funny!

I grew to love baseball during my trips to the US. It's such a fun game to watch. Now I watch on satellite when it's on.

Space Pen
Space pens are kinda scary. Neat lookin, but scary. But then I hate ball points.
