Henry's latest word is stack or "dack."
At 18 months, Henry is acquiring more words all the time. A partial list: dada, mama, cat, car, baby, doggie, shoe, stick, juice, cracker(does not sound like it, but is what it means).
It's amazing how much he understands and how many words he can repeat after us.
Henry knows where all the dogs live on our walks, even if the dogs aren't out.
He likes to build with his little people building blocks and to stack with his stacking boxes.
He climbs everything he's allowed to.
He knows most basic body parts, even some more complicated ones, like eyebrow, and points to everything.
He loves his stuffed animals.
He loves books most of all and will now choose to "read" by himself rather than have us read to him.
Is good about holding our hands when we let him walk somewhere public.
Still likes to pull his socks off.
He's had his first haircut and no longer looks like the curly cutie in my icon.
Knows that grandma and grandpa come in the door when they visit.
Has a laugh he uses when we are laughing at something (a fake laugh).
Will lay down on command and roll on the floor sometimes.
Still loves hugs, kisses and the occasional cuddle.
Laughs when he plays peek-a-boo.
Can throw up his arms when we say touchdown when watching football.
Loves to "sing" and dance.
And, yes, he is still tall and skinny.
There are so many pictures since my last update that I almost don't know where to start.
Oh, wait, yes, I do!
My Steelers' boys, pre-haircut.
In Houston, a few weeks ago.
There are lots more photos on flickr and we'll be uploading more recent ones this weekend.
